入选标准
- •1. Undergoing elective head and neck cancer surgery requiring nasotracheal intubation.
- •2. Patients of either sex willing to give consent.
- •3. Age group of age 20-60.
- •4. ASA grade I, II& III.
- •5. El-Ganzouri risk index (EGRI) 1- = 7.
排除标准
- •1. Risk of gastric aspiration.
- •2. If more than 3 attempts taken to intubate.
- •3. Mouth opening less than 2.5 cm.
- •4. Patients difficult to mask ventilate.
- •5. History of difficult intubation
