入选标准
- •1-Age >18years
- •2-Severe kyphosis with active disease( >30 degree in adolescents and > 45 degree in adults)
- •3-Deteriorating neurology while on conservative treatment(grade 1,2,3 paraplegics)
- •4-If xrays show signs of instability-spine at risk sign>=2/4
- •5-Grade 4 paraplegics as per kumars classification
- •6-Progression of the the kyphotic deformity
- •7-Not showing significant improvement even after fair trial of ATT for 4-6 weeks (grade1,2,3paraplegics)
- •8-Recurrence of the neurological complications
排除标准
- •1-Patients who do not meet criteria of inclusion 2-Patient having severe co-morbidities and unfit for surgery.
