入选标准
- •1.Patients of age 25-55 years
- •2.One or more teeth advised for extraction in the posterior mandible.
- •3.Presence of adequate sub-apical alveolar bone for immediate placement.
- •4.ASA I and II
- •5.Patients willing to comply with study requirements.
排除标准
- •1.Pathological abnormalities at the intended implant site.
- •2.Patients with severe bruxism or clenching habit
- •3.Loss of buccal and lingual cortical plate during atraumatic extraction.
- •4.ASA III,IV,V
- •5.Patients subjected to radiotherapy to head and neck.
- •6.Major systemic diseases, Ex: uncontrolled diabetes
