入排标准
入选标准
- •1) Patients ASA 1-3 physical status
- •2)Age 18-70 yrs of either sex
- •3)Patient posted for elective and emergency upper limb surgeries (in emergency surgeries NBM for 6 hour is needed , those patients are not NBM for 6 hour for solid are not included in study)
- •4)Patient with body mass index (BMI) 18-40 kg/m2
排除标准
- •1)Hypersensitivity to local anesthetic agents
- •2)Altered mental status (phychiatric and anxiety disorder)
- •3)History of allergy to study drugs
- •4)Patient on sedative and hypnotic medications
- •5)Patient with chronic pain or on painkiller
- •6)Patient with severe hepatic or kidney impairment
- •7)Patient having history of thyrotoxicosis, uncontrolled hypertension, cardiac,chest or neurological diseases
- •8)Pregnant or breast feeding female
