入选标准
- •1.Age >18 years.
- •2.Absence of diarrhea at the time of ICU admission.
- •3.On full or substantial enteral nutrition (Substantial enteral nutrition defined for the sake of the study as =50% of calories enterally).
排除标准
- •1.Known GI diseases like inflammatory bowel disease.
- •2.Patients receiving intravenous metronidazole for another condition.
- •3.Presence of visible GI bleed.
- •4.Presence of ileostomy or colostomy.
