This study aims to investigate characteristic patterns of gut microbiome, vaginal and cervical microbiome composition associated with endometriosis

- Female
入选标准
- •Chinese people aged 18 to 50 years.
排除标准
- •Postmenopausal status
- •Having taken exogenous hormones within last 6 months, including oral contraceptive pills
- •Having taken antibiotics or probiotics within last 3 months
- •History of inflammatory bowel disease, history of gastrointestinal cancer or surgery, and no history of gastrointestinal infection within last 3 weeks
- •Abnormal pap smear result within last 3 years
- •Those who do not provide consent for this study.
