- •ASA I-II undergoing elective knee arthroscopy surgery under spinal anesthesia
排除标准
- •a)Allergy to Dexmedetomidine, Magnesium sulphate or Bupivacaine
- •b)Body mass index (BMI) > 35
- •c)Patients on long term analgesic therapy
- •d)Intra-operative conversion to general anesthesia (GA) / inadequate or failed spinal block
- •e)patient refusal
- •f)known psychiatric illness
- •g)hepatic or renal abnormality
- •h)pregnant and lactating mothers
