入选标准
- •1) Aged over 50 years with osteoporosis.
- •2) Gender is not limited.
- •3) Have the ability of autonomous behavior, can be regularly followed up in my unit.
- •4) Lumbar surgery was performed for the first time.
- •5) Sign informed consent and cooperate closely.
排除标准
- •1) Severe complications such as serious underlying diseases and post-operative infections.
- •2) Complicated with spinal tumors, tuberculosis and other spinal joint diseases.
- •3) Severe adverse reactions were discontinued or could not be treated as planned.
- •4) During the following period, other treatment methods were adopted and the results were affected.
- •5) Patients voluntarily withdraw from the trial.
