入选标准
- •1.Subjects between 21 to 60 years of age of either sex
- •2.Minimum three polyarticular joint involvement
- •3.Morning stiffness for more than one hour
- •4.Symmetrical involvement of joints
- •5.Inflammatory markers like RA,ESR,CRP are in elevated state , Anti-CCP positive
- •6.Radiological changes like narrowing of joint space, Synovial joint distention, Presence of pannus.
排除标准
- •1.Subjects below 20 years and above 60 years of age
- •2.Patients with the history of Fracture and dislocation
- •3.Patients with history of recurrent fracture, bone disease, tumors of bone
- •4.Patients with heart disease
- •5.Pregnant and lactating women
