入选标准
- •Patients with a diagnosis of HF and prescribed with sacubitril/valsartan, and with following conditions:
- •(1) left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) =40%
- •(2) on an ACEI or an ARB at a stable dose, with standard medical therapy (beta blockers and mineralocorticoid antagonists), for at least 4 weeks
- •(3) hospitalized for acutely decompensated heart failure with reduced ejection fraction, and hemodynamically stabilized, regardless of the preceding use of ACEI or ARB
排除标准
- •(1) Patients <19 years of age
- •(2) Patients with active malignancy or those who underwent surgery for malignancy within 5 years of enrollment
- •(3) Paitents whose medical records cannot confirm the occurrence of cardiovascular events or death
