入选标准
- •1) Elderly aged 60 or older who complained consistent cognitive decline and visited hospital for dementia work-ups
- •2) Subjects who underwent neuropsychological tests and brain MRIs
- •3) Normal performance on all domains of neuropsychological tests (at least -1 standard deviation)
- •4) Clinical dementia rating score 0
- •5) Subjects who can visit hospital and undergo follow up evaluations during the study period
- •6) Subjects who agreed with the study process
排除标准
- •1) mild cognitive impairment or dementia
- •2) Other cerebral lesions which can cause cognitive impairments on brain MRI (hydrocephalus, cerebral hemorrhage, strategic infarction, tumor)
- •3) Other neurological disorders except Alzheimer's disease such as Huntington's disease, Parkinson's disease, epilepsy
- •4) Subjects with severe hearing impairment who cannot undergo phone-based cognitive tests
