- •1. Any patient scheduled to undergo elective laparoscopic surgery and who is fit for laparoscopic surgery.
- •2. ASA Grade I-III
- •3. Age group 18-70years
排除标准
- •1. Patients refusal
- •2. BMI more than 35kg/m2
- •3. Obstructive or restrictive lung disease
- •4. History of GERD (gastro esophageal reflux disease)
- •5. Hiatus hernia
- •6. Mouth opening less than 2.5 cm
- •7. Edentulous patient
- •8. Surgery requiring more than 180 min
