- Female
入选标准
- •Subjects with persistent endometriosis-associated deep dyspareunia, with or without dysmenorrhea for more than 3 months.
排除标准
- •1.obstructive uropathy or symptomatic bowel stenosis;
- •2.evidence of complex adnexal cysts or an ovarian endometrioma of diameter more than 4 cm at vaginal ultrasonography; 3.therapies for endometriosis other than non-steroidal anti inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) in the 3 months before study entry (6 months for GnRH analogues);
- •4.the typical contraindications to progestins;
- •5.the use of drugs that interfere with ovarian steroid metabolism;
- •6.allergy to components of the study medication;
- •7.abnormal findings at breast examination and mammary ultrasound scan;
- •8.an abnormal cervical smear;
- •9.a diagnosis of concomitant pelvic inflammatory disease, pelvic varices or genital malformations at previous surgery; 10.known gastrointestinal, urologic and orthopedic diseases;
- •11.psychiatric disturbances;
- •12.history of drug or alcohol abuse.
