- •1.Pre-existing chronic pain under pain clinic follow up
- •2.Allergy to ropivacaine
- •3.Preexisting Chronic Liver disease with Child-Pugh B or C
- •4.Preexisting Chronic kidney disease
- •5.Previous history of abdominal surgery
