- •1. Patient having anal fissure in the anterior, lateral and posterior anal mid line.
排除标准
- •1. Age < 18 years and > 70 years
- •2. HIV, HBsAg and Anti-HCV Positive patient
- •3. pregnant female
- •4. patient having carcinoma of rectumn and anal canal
- •5. uncontrolled diabetic patient
- •6. chronic fissure with large multiple tag and abscess
- •7. fissure-in-ano followed by anal stricture
- •8. patient having myasthenia or any other muscle disorder
- •9. patient having fissure due to other systemic disorder like ucerative colitis, crohn,s disease, IBD, tuberculosis
