- •Patients with indication for fixed orthodontic treatment without tooth extractions. Complete permanent dentition in the maxillary arch until first molars (10 teeth) present, erupted, absent from caries, erosion, friction, attrition, abrasion, enamel hypoplasia, imperfect amelogenesis, without restorations, or anomalies in the vestibular surfaces;
