排除标准
- •-patients ASA III-IV (significant co-existing maternal cardiovascular, respiratory ,neurologic, endocrine, metabolic and psychiatric disease )
- •-pathologic pregnancy
- •-week gestation < 37
- •-absolute and relative contraindications to spinal anaesthesia
- •-patient refusal
