- •1. Term pregnant undergoing caesarean section on elective/emergency basis under spinal anaesthesia and willing to give informed consent
排除标准
- •a) High risk pregnancy (High risk pregnancy is one which is complicated by factor or factors that adversely affects the pregnancy outcome-maternal or perinatal or both).
- •b) Hypersensitive to diclofenac/pentazocine.
- •c) Branchial Asthma.
- •d) Active peptic ulcer.
- •e) Hypertension.
- •f) Unconscious state
- •g) H/O any type of addiction.
- •h) Chronic kidney disease, chronic liver disease
