- •Patients aged 2years to 12 years with posterior cranial fossa lesions
- •Patients with American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status ( I-III)
排除标准
- •1. with intracranial lesions in locations other than posterior cranial fossa
- •2. requiring post-operative mechanical ventilation
- •3. with atria-ventricular blocks
- •4. with liver and kidney dysfunction
- •5. with refusal of informed consent by self/parent or the relative
- •6. preoperative opioid use
- •7. not positioned on head pin holder
