入选标准
- •Patients with diagnosis of post herpetic neuralgia with evident hyperalgesia and allodynia
- •Patients with post herpetic neuralgia should have pain for at least 12 weeks after the healing of rash
- •Patients with pain intensity more than or equal to 4/10
- •Positive cooperation of the patient
排除标准
- •Patients with history of neurological interventions for PHN.
- •Evidence of other sources of chronic or acute pain that may confound the diagnosis
- •Patients with recent history of surgery or intake of Pregabalin in the last 4 weeks.
- •Patients with recent history of myocardial infarction, diabetes mellitus,pancreatitis and vasculitis
- •Patients with evidence of renal impairment or history of alcohol consumption.
- •Patients with cognition impairment or substance abuse disorder
