- •ASAgradeI and II patients.
- •Patients giving written informed consent
- •Patients who are scheduled to receive general anesthesia with orotracheal intubation.
- •Mallampatti grading I and II patients.
排除标准
- •Patient not willing to participate in the study.
- •Age >70 or <18 years
- •Patients with cervical spine disease
- •History of bronchial asthma,COPD, airway hyperreactivity
- •History of allergy to local anesthetics
- •Pregnant patients
- •Difficult intubation
