- •Patient scheduled for fixation of Femur fractures
- •Patients between 50-80 years of age undergoing proximal Femur fracture surgeries requiring Spinal anaesthesia

- •Inguinal hernia
- •Inflammation/Infection over injection site
- •Allergy to local anaesthetic agents used
- •Altered consciousness level
- •Psychiatric disorders
