入排标准
入选标准
- •Patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD);
- •Current non-smokers;
- •Both sexes;
排除标准
- •Heart disease (heart failure, arrhythmia); Musculoskeletal disease;
- •Scleroderma;
- •Onychomycosis;
- •Hemoglobin (Hb) less than 13.5 g / dl for men and 12,0g/dl for women, or greater than 17.5 g / dl for men and 16.5 g / dl for women;
- •Hematocrit (Hct) less than 40.5% for men and 36.0% for women or greater than 52.0 % for men and 48% for women;
- •Bilirubin less than 0.4 mg / dl or greater than 1.2 mg / dl for both sexes;
- •Sistemic arterial hypertension;
- •Abnormal peripheral perfusion with Capillary refill > 3s;
- •Carbon monoxide levels (CO) equal to or greater than 10ppm.
