This is a randomized clinical trial on the effect of Chitrakadi kashaya internally and Nilotpaladi anjana in dwitiya patalagata timira wsr to immature cataract in patients who will be clinically diagnosed and confirmed cases of immature cataract enlisted in inclusion criteria will be in single group of total 30 patients. They will be given Chitrakadi kashaya orally 20 ml at bed time with anupana ghrita for 42 days. Then they will be given Nilotpaladi varti anjana for 42 days. follow up to 42 days in interval of 21 days.

入选标准
- •All age related immature cataract 30 years or above.
- •Patient having symptoms of Dwitiya Patalagata Timira like Dristi bhramsa(Blurring of vision),Vihwala darsan(Confusing and hazy vision),Dristi gochara vibhrama(Distortion of vision),Varsabhramam tamamshi(Misty vision), Dwidha darshan (Diplopia).
排除标准
- •Patients having immature cataract below 30 years.
- •Mature cataract/hypermature cataract Complicated cataract Secondary/associated cataract(cataract secondary to other systemic diseases like uncontrolled Diabetes ) Congenital cataract Traumatic cataract Uncontrolled hypertension Uncontrolled diabetes.
