入选标准
- •Soccer Goalkeeper
- •Must be 3+ years of previous soccer training
- •Exercising approximately at least 3 training session per week including matches and training
- •Should be participating in high intensity training sessions or competitive matches at least 1 day every week.
排除标准
- •Any medical history of upper extremity injury that had required medical attention in past 6 months.
- •Athlete underwent any major surgery of shoulder or any upper extremity bone fracture in the previous year.
- •Should not participating in any other rehabilitation or injury prevention program.
