入选标准
- •1.Subjects having inactive/quiescent CSOM with non healing small (less than 5 mm) size perforation in the pars tensa .
- •2.Small (less than 5 mm size) traumatic perforation, not healing for at least one month.
- •3.Age more than 14 yrs.
- •4.No active predisposing disease foci in nose or throat.
排除标准
- •1.Large central perforation size more than 5 mm
- •2.Pars flacida perforation
- •3.Actively discharging ear
- •4.TB otitis media
- •6.Fresh traumatic perforation.
- •7.Marginal perforation.
- •8.Subtotal perforation.
