- •1.Term pregnancies 37-41 wks POG
- •2.Singleton pregnancy
- •3.No maternal or fetal high risk factors.
排除标准
- •1.Multiple pregnancies.
- •2.Pre-existing chronic illness in mother.
- •3.Presence of meconium stained liquor
- •4.Polyhydramnios or oligohydramnios.
- •5.Macrosomia
- •6.Maternal contracted pelvis
- •7.Repeat cesarean section
- •8.Fetal Heart Rate abnormalities
- •9.Contraindications of Entonox usage including headinjury, severe asthma
- •10.Inability or unwillingness of patients to use inhalational gas
