- •1. healthy adult men between the age group of 20 to 40 years
- •2. serum vitamin b12 levels less than 148 pmol/L
- •3. Subjects who are willing to participate in the study after written informed consent
排除标准
- •1. History of chronic diseases like diabetes, hypertension,tuberculosis, malignancy, chronic renal failure
- •2. Alcohol intake greater than 2STD
- •3. Any form of anemia and neuropathy
