•1.Aged of 20 years old or older.
•2.Diagnosed with suspected or confirmed Glaucoma within the past 2 years.
•3. Patients or their caregivers who are proficient in using communication devices effectively. In cases of patients who do not have caregivers or are unable to complete online questionnaires, they must have a phone number or Line account for interviews.

•1. Patients with follow-up appointments unrelated to suspected or confirmed Glaucoma at departments other than ophthalmology outpatient department.
•2. Patients who were discharged from the ophthalmology outpatient department.
•3. Patients who were referred back to their hospital.
•4. Patients who are not consent to participate in this study.
•5. Patients with communication impairments affecting data provision, such as hearing impairment, speech impairment, psychiatric issues, and lack of caregiver for data provision.
•6. Deceased patients with records in medical records.
•7. Patients with incomplete medical records insufficient for diagnosis and disease assessment.
