•Patients who have been diagnosed with stroke due to cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral infarction on CT or MRI
•- Male and female aged over 19 years old
•- Less than 2 years after stroke
•- Baseline MAS(Modified Ashworth Scale) grade 1 or higher
•- Patients with spasticity after stroke who did not undergo neuroprotection or surgery to reduce spasticity
•- Those who consent to participate in this trial and sign an informed consent

•- Those with severe heart, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system,or endocrine system diseases
•- Those with acute or chronic infectious diseases, autoimmune diseases
•- Those with a history of other serious psychiatric history(such as schizophrenia) or who have medication use
•- Those with cognition disorder and who are unable to make an accurate clinical assessment
•- Subjects who have had needle phobia or hypersensitivity reactions with acupuncture
•- Those who have blood clotting disease
•- Those taking warfarin and having an International Normalized Ratio(INR) of 3 or higher
•- Those who have communication disorder and can not give an accurate answer
•- Others whose clinical trials conductors are considered inappropriate for participating in this trial
