入选标准

  • For the prevalence part of the study:
  • Participants with working knowledge of English language in order to complete the questionnaires and sign the informed consent.
  • Working in formal sector (not less than 6 hours for at least four days a week).
  • Five to twenty years of work experience.
  • Did not have major life events stressors that impacted their stress level within the last six months.
  • For interventional part of the study:
  • Participants with working knowledge of English language in order to complete the questionnaires and sign the informed consent.
  • Working in formal sector (not less than 6 hours for at least four days a week).
  • Five to twenty years of work experience
  • Did not have major life events stressors that impacted their stress level within the last six
  • Sedentary women (low or moderate level of physical activity as measured by International physical activity questionnaire (IPAQ).

排除标准

  • For the prevalence part of the study:
  • Participants suffering from any condition/disease/disorder that limits them from performing exercise
  • Participants who were using therapies that may affect sleep (e.g. diuretics, continuous positive airway pressure)
  • Participants suffering from any diagnosed Psychiatric diseases/disorders.
  • Pregnant women
  • Women who had delivered in past three years
  • Peri and Post-menopausal women
  • Participants suffering from dysmenorrhea or any other gynaecological disease or disorder
  • Participants who underwent a physiotherapy treatment in the last six months
  • For interventional part of the study:
  • Participants who are highly physically active on scoring of IPAQ
  • Participants suffering from any condition/disease/disorder that limits them from performing exercise
  • Participants who were using therapies that may affect sleep patterns (e.g. diuretics, continuous positive airway pressure)
  • Participants suffering from any diagnosed Psychiatric diseases/disorders.
  • Pregnant women
  • Women who had delivered in past three years
  • Peri and Post-menopausal women
  • Participants suffering from dysmenorrhea or any other gynaecological disease or disorder
  • Participants who underwent a physiotherapy treatment in the last six months
