- •Undergoing emergency abdominal laparotomy in view of intestinal perforation peritonitis induced sepsis.
排除标准
- •Any contraindication to epidural block such as coagulation abnormalities; mean arterial pressure <65 mm Hg etc.
- •Failure of thoracic block assesses by loss to pin prick sensation as done routinely.
- •Peritonitis due to trauma or tertiary peritonitis.
