•Patients from 20-60 years of age of both sexes.
•Clinically diagnosed patients of UTI with the help of subjectve and objective parameters.
•Patients who give informed consent.
•Subjective parameters - Dysurea, Frequency of micturition, Fever with or without chills, Suprapubic pain.
•Objective parameters- CBC with ESR, Urine (Routine and Microscopic)

•Patients below 20 years and above 60 years of age.
•Pregnant and lactating mothers.
•Patients with Diabetes Mellitus, renal faillure or CKD and Obstructive Uropathy.
•Patients suffering from any congenital abnormality of Urinary Tract.
•Patients who fail to give consent and fail to follow up.
•Patients who have been taken prior antibiotics for <2 weeks for the same.
•Patients with evidence of severe UTI and mentally retarded patients.
