入排标准
入选标准
- •1. Inpatients those who admitted at the Centre for Addiction Medicine, NIMHANS, diagnosed with alcohol dependence syndrome using ICD-10 criteria and concurred by two psychiatrists.
- •2. Aged between 18 to 55 years
- •3. Persons relapsed more than three times within a year after receiving treatment (Measured by using Timeline Follow Back)
- •4. Currently receiving inpatient treatment for alcohol dependence.
- •5. Persons those who can speak Tamil, Kannada, and English
- •6. Motivated to reduce drinking (using the Stages of Change Readiness and Treatment Eagerness Scale-SOCRATES- cutoff score of Recognition >33, Taking Steps >33)
- •7. Persons who have received standard treatment for alcohol dependence, including pharmacotherapy, individual/group therapy
- •8. Individuals who give voluntary consent for the study
排除标准
- •1. Dependence on other substances except for nicotine
- •2. Presence of acute alcohol withdrawal as measured by the Clinical Institute Withdrawal Assessment of Alcohol Scale (CIWA-Ar score >8)
- •3. Persons diagnosed with intellectual disability, schizophrenia or bipolar disorder using Structured Clinical Interview for DSMâ??5 Disorders (SCID-5)
- •4. Those who have cognitive impairment as defined by Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) score < 24
