- •Unifetal pregnancy
- •Missed abortion
- •Fetal malformations
- •Blighted ovum
- •Gestational age ( 12 weeks and less than 12 weeks )
排除标准
- •Rupture of membrane
- •History of cesarean section more than once
- •History of allergy to misoprostol and prostaglandins
- •Contraindications of prostaglandin use ( like heart disease, kidney disease, history of seizures and hypotension )
