入选标准
- •Adult (>=18 years) patients scheduled for colonoscopy will be recruited from the outpatient department of gastroenterology, Andhra medical college, Visakhapatnam.
排除标准
- •1. Known or suspected bowel obstruction or
- •perforation
- •2. Acute exacerbation of inflammatory bowel
- •3. Toxic megacolon
- •4. History of colorectal resection
- •5. Compromised swallowing reflex or mental status
- •6. Significant gastroparesis or gastric outlet
- •obstruction
- •7. Severe congestive heart failure (NYHA III/IV),
- •recent acute MI or unstable angina (within 8
- •8. Severe chronic renal failure (creatinine
- •clearance <30 ml/min/1.73 m2)
- •9. Pregnancy or lactation
- •10.H/O of hypersensitivity to any bowel cleansing
- •11.Chronic constipation ( < 3 bowel movements a
- •week with or without laxative)
