入选标准
- •Diagnosed as cognitively normal or with mild cognitive impairment at Seoul National University Hospital's Dementia Clinic within the past 3 months. Individuals who wish to participate in the program and meet all of the following criteria:
- •1. Age: 45 years or older
- •2. Education: At least 0 years of formal education (able to read and write)
- •3. Possession of two or more of the following dementia risk factors:
- •A. Has not engaged in moderate-intensity exercise for more than 150 minutes per week within the past year (Moderate-intensity exercise: Exercise at an intensity greater than brisk walking for at least 150 minutes per week)
- •B. Has not read books/newspapers/magazines at least once a week within the past year
- •C. Has not met with close acquaintances such as friends/relatives/neighbors at least once a week within the past year
- •D. Has felt consistently sad or lacked enthusiasm within the past year
- •4. Owns a mobile phone and is capable of sending and receiving text messages as well as watching videos.
排除标准
- •1. Diagnosed with dementia.
- •2. Unable to participate in the program due to severe physical/mental conditions
- •(progressive cancer, severe internal medical conditions, immobility, Severe vision and hearing impairment, etc.).
- •3. Currently participating in another non-pharmacological intervention program.
