入选标准
- •1.ASA Grade I patients.
- •2.Patients between the Age group of 21 - 55 years.
- •3.Patients requiring surgical removal of impacted third molars for either prophylactic or therapeutic reasons.
- •4.Pedersons difficulty index with tooth score of 5 or more will be include in the study.
- •6.Patients with no contraindications to the drugs or anaesthetic used in the surgical protocol.
- •7.Cooperation of patients with the study and postoperative follow up.

- •1.Medically compromised patients.
- •2.Patient unwilling to participate in study.
- •3.Patient allergic to any medications.
- •4.Pregnant and lactating mother.
- •5.Regional malignancy.
