入选标准
- •Have 6 weeks of moderate to severe low back pain confirmed by magnetic resonance imaging and have no response to conservative treatments.
排除标准
- •Have a spinal canal stenosis
- •Have a systemic bone or joint disease
- •Have systemic inflammatory diseases
- •Previous history of lumbar surgery
- •Concurrent cervical myelopathy
- •Altered coagulation
- •Ongoing infectious disease
- •Have steroid injections over the past 6 months
- •Presence of neurological deficits
- •Need of early surgery
- •Have an acute trauma
