- •Willingness to participate in the study
- •Age 20-60 years
- •Rheumatoid arthritis according to the rheumatologist according to the American College of Rheumatology 2010, the disease activity score is higher than 1/5 and the total soft joint count (TJC) and swollen joint count (SJC) is higher than 8.

- •Pregnancy and lactation
- •Heart, lung and kidney disease, hepatitis, cirrhosis, biliary and immune system disorders, hypertension, diabetes, hypothyroidism, Cushing's syndrome
