入选标准
- •1.Patients having Classical features of Janu Sandhigatavata for more than one month.
- •2.Patient fit for Agnikarma will be included in study.
排除标准
- •1.Patient with other systemic disorder which may interfere with the course of treatment, will be excluded.
- •2.Injury / Traumatic cases like fracture.
- •3.during Pregnancy and lactation.
- •4.Diseases like vatarakta and Amavata.
- •5.Patients Contraindicated for Agnikarma as per text.
- •6.Secondary OA due to TB,Syphilis,AIDS,etc.
- •7.Patient undergone any surgery of affected Knee joint.
- •8.Patient on steroid therapy.
- •9.Effusion of affected knee joint.
