•1.Pain, swelling, morning stiffness, restricted movements and crepitus present in the knee.
•2.BMI below 35.
•3.Radiographic evidence of Osteoarthritis
•4.Who are willing to discontinue all NSAIDS / other Analgesics and agree to follow protocol.

•1.Other types of Arthritis and SLE.
•2.Any Gross Deformity on Knee Joints.
•3.Any Knee Surgery in Previous History.
•4.History of Recent Accident, Trauma, HIV, STDs and Tumours.
•5.Tidal Leverage / Arthroscopy of either knee within the past 12 months.
•6.Intraarticular (IA) Corticosteroid Injection / prolong use of steroids
•7.Known cases of Hepatic / Renal / Cardiac / Pulmonary Ailments.
•8.Uncontrolled DM, HTN.
•9.Using Anticoagulant / known cases of Coagulopathy / past history of Bleeding Disorders.
•10.Anaemia – HB below 10 mg/dl.
•11.Pregnant and Lactating women.
•12.History of Addiction (Alcohol / Drug) and excessive smoking (more than 10 Cigarettes per day)
•13.Established / diagnosed neurological / psychological disorders.
