入选标准
- •Female patients aged between 25-75yrs (American society of anaesthesiologist grading I â?? III) undergoing surgery for gynaecological cancer will be included.
排除标准
- •1.Patients not willing to participate in the study
- •2.ASA > III
- •3.Patient underwent previous surgery except diagnostic biopsy
- •4.Any contraindication to use of study drug
- •5.Any ongoing infection in patient
- •6.Any other chronic inflammatory condition as RA, inflammatory bowel disease etc.
- •7.Secondary sepsis and/or septic shock with an underlying condition
- •8.Active infection such as severe peritonitis, pancreatitis, or trauma
- •9.Long-term ICU stay
- •10.Pre Existing immunodeficiency.
