入选标准
- •Age between 30 and 60 years; Both genders; Undergoing myocardial revascularization, this procedure being done via median sternotomy and extracorporeal circulation.
排除标准
- •Do not understand how the proposed techniques are performed; Have hemodynamic instability during inspiratory muscle assessment or training; Physical limitation, such as amputation, that compromises functional capacity assessment; Change in cognitive ability, assessed through the Confusion Assessment method for the ICU (CAM-ICU), to answer the questionnaires; Impossibility of echocardiogram repetition by the same physician; They did not agree to sign the Free and Informed Consent Form.
