- •Healthy male subjects aged 18 to 30 years.
排除标准
- •- Neurological or mental illnesses (e.g. epilepsy or depression)
- •- Orthopedic conditions (e.g., bone fractures in the past 6 months)
- •- Cardiovascular disease (e.g., hypertension, recent myocardial infarction, or deep vein thrombosis)
- •- Pulmonary diseases (e.g. COPD, exercise-induced asthma)
- •- Muscular diseases or tendon disorders (myositis or tendinitis)
- •- Metabolic diseases (e.g., manifested thyroid dysfunction, obesity [BMI >30 kg/m²] or insulin-dependent diabetes)
- •- Blood clotting disorders
- •- Obstructive sleep apnea
- •- Acute injury or surgery less than 6 months ago
- •- Taking medications or other substances with central nervous effects (e.g. antidepressants, alcohol or drugs)
- •- Prolonged stays at altitude (>1500 m) less than 3 months ago.
