入选标准
- •1. Patients with ACL injury confirmed via clinical examination and MRI and planned
- •for ACL reconstruction surgery in Bangkok Academy of Sports and Exercise
- •Medicine (BASEM), Bangkok Hospital from September 2024 to April 2025
- •2. Age between 18 and 59 years
排除标准
- •1. Multiligament injuries of knee
- •2. Preexisting condition of knee causing limited rehabilitation e.g. knee stiffness,
- •leg muscle weakness
- •3. Comorbidities affecting rehabilitation
- •4. History of venous thromoembolism or vascular disease in any lower limb
- •5. History of central or peripheral neurologic impairment
- •6. Exertional compartment syndrome
- •7. Patients with previous surgeries on injured knee
- •8. Infections in operated region
- •9. Perioperative or postoperative abnormal conditions such as leg swelling
- •10. Uncontrolled hypertension or diabetes
