入选标准
- •1. Patient aged between 18-60 years.
- •2 .ASA 1,2 posted for PCNL surgeries under GA.
- •3.Patients giving informed written consent.
排除标准
- •1. Patient refusal
- •2. Patient belonging to ASA 3 and 4
- •3. Local infection
- •4. Patient with history of drug allergy to local anesthetics.
- •5. Patients with hemorrhagic diathesis.
- •6. Patient with coexisting cardiac, pulmonary ,hepatic, renal disorders.
- •7. Inflammatory /infective skin lesions at the site of giving block.
- •8. Diseases and deformities of spinal cord
- •9. Current pregnancy.
- •10.Depressive illness or anxiety disorders.
