- •1 Diagnosed case of primary insomnia complaining of Angamarda Shirogaurava Jrumbha Jadyata Glani Bhrama Apakti
- •2 Age group between 20-50 years
- •3 Patients of both gender irrespective of socio-economic status
- •4 Patients with mild hypertension
- •5 Patients ready to sign informed consent form

- •Exclusion criteria
- •1 Insomnia due to substance abuse or trauma
- •2 Physiological conditions like pregnancy lactation and puerperal stage
