入选标准

  • 1. Meet the MCI diagnostic criteria;
  • (1) The main complaint was memory complaint, and there was age-related memory impairment, which was confirmed by the informed person;
  • (2) The general cognitive function is relatively intact or slightly damaged;
  • (3) Activities of daily living were not affected;
  • (4) Not up to the diagnostic criteria of dementia;
  • 2. MOCA score < 26 points (if the length of education is less than or equal to 12 years, 1 point will be added to the score);
  • 3. Activities of Daily Living scale (ADL) score < 18 points;
  • 4. The General Decline Scale (GDS) level was 2-3;
  • 5. Between the ages of 60 and 75 years.
  • F. No regular exercise in the last six months (i.e. various forms of regular exercise at least 3 times a week for at least 20 minutes at a time));
  • G. Right handed;
  • H. Have certain reading comprehension and communication skills, can cooperate to complete the scale evaluation;
  • I. Informed consent and voluntary participation.

排除标准

  • 1. Patients with hypertension whose blood pressure could not be controlled (systolic blood pressure greater than 160 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure greater than 100 mmHg);
  • 2. History of alcohol and drug abuse;
  • 3. Other reasons, such as severe anxiety, depression, drugs, poisoning, cerebrovascular disease caused by cognitive impairment;
  • 4. The subjects with mental history (such as personality disorder, schizophrenia, etc.), or severe aphasia and visual impairment, or severe organ failure, myocardial infarction, coronary heart disease, musculoskeletal system diseases, sports contraindications, color blindness and low education level, etc. could not cooperate with the test;
  • 5. Contraindications of MRI examination such as removable denture and cardiac pacemaker, taking opioids, benzodiazepines and other drugs that affect brain imaging;
  • 6. Other researchers who are taking part in the study.
