- •Definitive diagnosis of heart failure by a cardiologist
- •Having an EF (ejection fraction) equal to or less than 40% on echocardiography
- •Having a stable condition in terms of hemodynamics and clinical conditions
- •Having Satisfaction with participation in the study
- •To have at least 35 years old
- •The patient must be alert and aware of time and place.
- •Having the ability to complete the questionnaire and participate in sessions physically and clinically
- •Having ability to understand Persian language to complete the questionnaire
- •Not to be under others study

- •Have a known mental illness and take medication that affects the psyche.
- •history of death of loved ones in recent months
